Back to work

The easter holidays has no way felt like a holiday, I had expected to do a lot more work over the holidays then I have done but with one thing and another things haven't quite gone that way. My main goal for the holidays was to try and get the amendents done for the A5 builder assignment, I have done quite a bit on it but not as much as I would have liked to. I have gone back to part time hours due to problems at work and also had the issue fixed with switching over internet providers, having been without internet access from home for a while.

I've made sure i've got a lot of time this week to catch up with some of the work this week and hopefully won't be that behind from others. I have finally chosen my logo for Ambient World as soon as I get into college and can access Freehand 11 i'll post it on my blog, as the version I have is 10 and can't open it.

I have also thought about cd designs for the album and found 2 designs around the internet that kind of remind me of the album,

If you ever get chance to listen to the album "A day in the park" the 3 songs that are on it have what sounds like splashes of water in the background and is one of the only thing I could really think of designing for the cd that looking at the cd design could give you an insight of what the album sounds like.

I also realise that my sketchbook needs work on and fully intend of making the best of the few weeks left of college to improve on this. Overall i'm looking forward to getting back into college and it'll be intresting to see how far others have got on with the assignment and just hope that I ain't too behind.
